When is prime season in Snowmass?

Prime season in Snowmass is post-Thanksgiving through mid-March. Summer is also a bustling season in the village because of the warm weather and abundant outdoor activities.

Complimentary bus service is available from the Snowmass Village bus terminal, located across the street from Viewline Resort Snowmass.

Our Resort Fee covers:

We are approximately 12 miles from Aspen, and easily accessible by car or complimentary bus service. See transportation options and get directions.

Viewline Resort Snowmass is conveniently located only 8 miles from the Aspen/Pitkin County Airport (ASE). Complimentary guest shuttles provide service to the Airport and throughout Snowmass Village. Up to 200 flights per week offer reliable same-day connections from points across the globe. See driving directions to Viewline Resort Snowmass from all nearby airports.

We welcome dogs up to 35 pounds for $150 per room. Maximum of one pet per room. No charge for service animals.

Self-parking is available in public lots 8-13. Charges are covered by your daily resort fee.

Cancellation policies may vary depending on the rate and dates of your reservation. Please refer to your reservation confirmation to verify your cancellation policy. If you need further assistance, please contact us. Alternatively, you can cancel your reservation online.

Check-in is 4:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am. If you’d like to request an early check-in or late check-out, contact us, and we’ll be happy to help accommodate your request.

What are the guestroom amenities?

All guestrooms are guaranteed the following amenities. Some accommodations, like our Viewline Suites, Mountain Front Suites, Signature Suites, and Penthouse Suites, offer additional amenities.

At Viewline Resort Snowmass, we have 254 luxurious guestrooms, including 20 suites. We offer a variety of suites, all of which have been recently renovated. With this renovation, we added 2 Penthouse suites that each have two bedrooms.

Spa FAQ

Can I receive treatment if I am suffering from certain health problems?

Guests with high blood pressure, epilepsy, cardio conditions, recent surgery, or who are pregnant should consult a physician before considering a treatment option that includes applied heat.

Lupine Spa welcomes guests ages 18 and older.

All services are subject to a 20% service charge and applicable sales taxes.

Lupine Spa provides locker storage for use during your treatment. We encourage guests to leave any valuable items in their guest room or at home before coming to the spa.

As you will be draped during treatments, suggested attire for most services is a robe and slippers, which will both be provided upon arrival.

We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before your appointment so you may enjoy our locker room, eucalyptus-infused steam room, and relaxation lounge.

Your service provider will ask you a few questions about your general health and well-being to ensure your experience can be tailored to your specific needs. In addition, we encourage you to let the team know if you have known allergies so we can make alternative options available.

This space is an oasis, so we ask all guests to refrain from using mobile devices of any kind. In addition, to utilize the spa facility or enjoy a treatment, you must be at least 18 years old.

We provide locker storage for use during your treatment. We encourage guests to leave valuables in their room or at home before visiting the spa.

Lupine Spa’s hours change seasonally. Please refer to our spa page for up-to-date hours or contact us with any questions.

Simply call (970) 923-8298 to let us know up to 24 hours in advance, and we’ll take care of the rest. Cancellations within 24-hours will result in a 50% cancellation fee, and no-shows will result in a 100% cancellation fee.

Meetings & Events FAQ

Does the hotel offer a discounted guest room block?

Yes, we do!

Wedding parties can secure a reduced group rate for their loved ones traveling to join in on the celebrations. Simply contact our sales team with arrival and departure dates, and they will provide you with the lowest available rate for that time frame to lock in. Please be aware that to secure a block rate for your loved ones, there is a minimum requirement of 10 rooms per night.

 

Yes, you can! We offer multiple beautiful ceremony locations within the hotel premises. To inquire about pricing and availability for these locations, please reach out to our dedicated sales team. Ceremony fees vary depending on the site selection, ranging from $500 to $3000.

We do offer cake cutting services for a nominal fee of $5 per person. Although we don’t provide wedding cakes, we’re more than happy to include cakes from licensed bakeries in your celebration. For everyone’s safety and to maintain our high standards, our culinary team will expertly handle the cake cutting process.

Yes, menu tastings are available.

For wedding parties with a Food & Beverage minimum of $10,000, a complimentary tasting for four adults is provided.

We recommend scheduling tastings at least two to three months prior to your event date. Please note that all tastings require a minimum of two weeks’ notice and are limited to a maximum of four guests. Additional guests may attend at an extra tasting fee, depending on the selected menu. Tastings are scheduled from Monday to Thursday at 3:00 pm.

You’ll need to provide the final guaranteed attendance count 7 days prior to your event. If this count isn’t provided by the designated deadline, we’ll use the estimated attendance stated in the Banquet Event Order. Please note that you’ll be charged based on the final count or the guaranteed attendance number, whichever is greater.

Viewline Resort Snowmass requires a valid credit card on file for all groups and events. Final payment is due three business days prior to the group event. Final payment will reflect estimated charges based on the final count or food and beverage minimum, whichever is higher. Final payment must be in the form of credit card, cashier’s check, or cash.

Yes, your deposit is non-refundable and cancellation fees apply based on the date of cancellation. Please refer to your contract.

Of course! Our talented chefs and the catering manager will work with you to create a menu for your wedding or meeting.

The hotel must provide all alcoholic beverages for your event. All food and beverage must be consumed on hotel property per our liquor license. We are happy to accommodate beverages not listed on our menu. All guests in attendance of the event consuming alcoholic beverages must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid ID. Viewline Resort Snowmass reserves the right to request proof of age.

With our standard wedding packages, all banquet staff are included. However, it’s important to note the following labor fees:

  • Bartenders: One bartender is required for every 75 guests. The rate for each bartender is $150 for 4 hours of service, with an additional $75 per hour.
  • Cashiers: A cashier is priced at $100 each, with one required per 100 guests.
  • Coat Check Attendants: Priced at $150 each, one coat check attendant is needed per 100 guests.
  • Security: Security personnel are billed at a rate of $55 per hour, with one required for every 250 guests.

Yes. Encore, our partner for audiovisual services, can assist in the set-up of hybrid meetings.

We have a list of recommended vendors, however, you are more than welcome to select your own. All we need is a certificate of insurance from them.

Room rental fee is to secure the venue and covers all setup including tables, chairs, and staging. It does not include sales tax or the service fee.

The food & beverage minimum is the least amount required to spend on any combination of hotel-provided food and beverage for your wedding to secure the selected space. It does not include sales tax or the service fee. The food and beverage minimum is achieved by selecting packages or individually priced, à la carte menu items to equal or exceed the food and beverage minimum.

Yes. If you wish to reserve a block of rooms for your guests and family, please notify your catering sales manager. Another option is to utilize a 15% discount booking code. This option does not hold the couple financially liable.

We recommend scheduling tasting two months prior to your event date. All tastings require at least 2 weeks prior notice and are available for a maximum of four guests. Additional guests may attend at an additional tasting fee based on the menu selected. Tastings are scheduled Monday – Thursday at 3:00 pm.
