You can rent snowshoes from Snowmass Village’s many equipment rental shops if you choose to venture out on your own, or register for one of the area’s guided tours. Many group snowshoe tours include an educational aspect, where you’ll learn about winter wildlife, weather phenomenons, habitats, and ecology.
